1. Horizontal scrap shears
In this machine, the scrap is fed into the feed bin from the top. With the Horizontal movement of a pusher and its weight, the scrap is falling to the bottom of the bin and into the cutting area. As the scrap is pressed against the front wall, the blade carriage cuts the scrap by its horizontal movement on the bottom against the front wall blade. With the horizontal movement of the carriage, the cut-off material is pushed out through a front opening of the container.
2. Alligator shear
Alligator scrap shear with high-performance cutting blades, high production outputs, and low operating costs is the right tool for recyclers. It can cut scraps such as different kinds of profiles, beams, railway tracks, pipes, concrete, and metal structures.
3. Baling press – guillotine
These scrap shears are complementary to traditional shears which include both compacting and shearing operations. They have compression boxes that densify scrap before shearing. Loading compression boxes and shearing are done continuously.
